rising

rising

tormented by beauty this morning sitting with my friend’s mom who just lost her husband of 61 years loving a little moment in life with her enjoying the lush garden talk of simple things the company of cats

sitting in liturgy taking communion first time in 40 years sitting with the rawness of life the similarities and individual flavors sitting with people who have turned their lives over to service sitting with my own bursting into the unknown

we talk of seeds and where to plant them and if the soil is rich and I am a bird that ate two decades full of seeds and have digested am digesting and looking for my fertile ground

there is so much connection and interconnection and unifying of threads I am on a crash course in trusting life and following truth

so much love is everywhere in the lushness and sunshine in the offering of an apple right from the tree next to where we were having tea

kundalini rising

life will never be the same
this is what I came for
now it’s time to go
throw myself on the ground
see what sprouts emerge

so much love is everywhere
